Announcement to ForInvest Subscribers - MKK Custody Data Becomes Licensed in 2025

As of January 1, 2025, MKK (Central Registration Agency) will transition to a licensed and paid structure for custody data. In this context, data packages such as clearing data and domestic and foreign clearing statistics will now be licensed per user.

In the new era, the MKK data set will be expanded to include fields like "number of investors" and "number and percentages of institutional and individual investors," offering a more comprehensive data infrastructure.

Transition Plan for ForInvest Products

At ForInvest, we have meticulously planned the transition process for our subscribers. In this context: • We will conduct the transition after the market closes on December 25, 2024, to ensure that necessary tests are conducted effectively with our branded brokerage/bank products (mobile and web solutions) and ForInvest branded products (FXPlus Terminals, ForInvest Mobile and Web Applications). • After the transition, if you make license requests for MKK Custody Data, our licensing team will activate them promptly upon receipt.
