Measures Against Dumping in the Import of Thai-Origin Rubber Threads Will Continue
The continuation of the anti-dumping measures applied to the import of "threads and yarns made of vulcanized rubber" originating from Thailand has been decided. The "Regulation on Preventing Unfair Competition in Import" prepared by the Ministry of Trade has been published in the Official Gazette. The final review investigation initiated for the import of "threads and yarns made of vulcanized rubber" from Thailand, conducted by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade, has been completed. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the removal of the measures on products originating from Thailand could lead to the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping and damage. Accordingly, it was decided to continue the application of definitive measures against dumping in the import of the related product, at rates of 4.37% for Natural Rubber Thread Co., Ltd. and 8.75% for others based on the CIF value.
