The German Stock Index DAX continues to be influenced primarily by macroeconomic data from the Eurozone and the monetary policy stance of the European Central Bank (ECB). Additionally, global risk appetite and especially positive trends in the US markets are also determining factors for the DAX. Good data from the US is expected to somewhat support global risk appetite, and technically, for the DAX trying to hold above the pivot level of 24006.65, the continuation of the positive atmosphere in global markets and the positive reflections of US data could target resistance levels of 24175.89 (D1), 24252.68 (D2), and 24375.69 (D3). In case of dips below the pivot, the supports at 23929.87 (S1), 23760.62 (S2), and 23637.60 (S3) will gain importance.
