Foreign Ministry: We Reinforce Our Call for Increased Pressure on Israel

Forex - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated its call for necessary pressure on Israel to be established for the immediate signing of a ceasefire agreement and the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the region.

In the statement made by the ministry, it was said:
"The recent developments in our region should not lead to the international community overlooking the genocide that Israel is perpetrating in Gaza.
Recently, Israel has intensified its attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, resulting in the murder of hundreds of innocent Palestinians in attacks on school buildings and refugee camps.
Additionally, Israel’s use of hunger and infectious diseases as a weapon against the Palestinian people by obstructing the fulfillment of basic humanitarian needs in Gaza should not escape the attention of the international community.
As Turkey, we desire peace, security, and stability to prevail throughout our region. In this context, we reiterate our call for necessary pressure on Israel for the immediate signing of a ceasefire agreement and the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the region.
We will continue to defend the rights of the Palestinian people, international law, and human dignity."
