Ibrahim Polat Holding Companies Launch New Investments in Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye

Forex - The new investment openings for Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye, part of İbrahim Polat Holding, took place on Wednesday, December 11, at the İzmir Kemalpaşa factories. The opening ceremony was a delightful occasion marked by the participative ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by dealers from all regions of Turkey and business partners involved in the investment.

During the ceremonies, İbrahim Polat Holding's Chairman Adnan Polat, Vice Chairman Songül Sel, Vice Chairman and Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye's Chairman Murat Polat, and Board Member Ceylan Sel Sohtorik were present. In his opening speeches, Adnan Polat addressed the dealers and employees of Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye, stating, "We are making a new leap with Ege Seramik. We initiated this investment last year during the crisis period, and now we are inaugurating it. Friends at Ege Vitrifiye have also made fantastic investments with their skills and expertise. We continue our operations both domestically and internationally without interruption. I want both Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye to work at full capacity. I want us to reach a break-even point during this transitional phase, and I want our dealers, suppliers, and employees to benefit. It is sufficient for us that we do not incur losses, even if we do not make a profit in these economic conditions for a year or two.

We want to immediately proceed to our second investment at Ege Seramik, producing new products accepted in world markets with new technologies, for which I seek your support. Our goal as a team is to win this match and become champions, friends. We will rely on each other and fight; during good times, everyone is doing business. If we have the intellect, courage, heart, and capability, our task is to win the match during tough days. We will win; we have no other alternative. From today, we will begin our struggle with you, our employees, and our managers, in all global markets," he concluded.

Murat Polat, Chairman of Ege Seramik and Ege Vitrifiye, stated in his opening speech, "During our dealer meeting last year in Hungary, all our dealers said they wanted investments, they asked us to renew technology and provide more products. I made them a solemn promise. I said I would complete this investment by the end of the year. We made the investment, kept our promise, brought our machines into operation, and now we have provided you, our partners, with advantageous products using entirely new technology.

Murat Polat also invited his brother Adnan Polat and sister Songül Sel on stage, saying, "The unity of the Polat Family is hand in hand with all employees and business partners. Within the scope of the openings, a dealer meeting held in İzmir/Çeşme provided an opportunity for dealers and sales and marketing teams to determine their strategies for 2025, introduce new products, carry out sales activities, share information about payment methods, and conclude the meeting with an enjoyable gala night.
