The recovery continues at Borsa Istanbul: Which stocks gained the most in the BIST 100 today?

The BIST 100 index maintained its positive momentum throughout the day, continuing its recovery. In the first half of the day, the index surged, reaching as high as 9,811 points with a 5.5% increase. However, profit-taking in the afternoon sessions led to a decline to around 9,600, where it found support. In the last hour, the BIST 100 index moved within the 9,720 points range with an approximately 5% rise.

Today, the most sought-after sectors in Borsa Istanbul included trade, factoring, and insurance, while technology was the only sector to close slightly in the red. The top gainers in the BIST 100, driven by proactive steps from public institutions, were SOKM, REEDR, YEOTK, BIMAS, and ENERY. Conversely, ASELS and BSOKE were the only stocks showing losses at closing, with ATEKS, BINBN, and DAGHL recording the largest declines. In the domestic currency market, USD/TRY was just below 38, EUR/TRY was at 41.1, and gold was near 3,700 TL. Meanwhile, Asian indices closed lower, European markets showed positive movement, and US major indices opened with buying interest.
