Yerlikaya: Those attempting to terrorize the streets and attack our national and spiritual values, as well as our police, will never be given any concessions.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya stated, "There will be no concessions to those who attempt to terrorize the streets, attack our national and spiritual values, and assault our police." In an announcement via X, Yerlikaya added that since March 19, 2025, a total of 1,418 suspects have been detained during illegal demonstrations. Currently, 979 suspects remain in custody, with 478 individuals set to be presented to judicial authorities today.

Yerlikaya emphasized that there will be no tolerance for those who seek to undermine public safety, reaffirming the commitment of security forces to uphold the law and protect the peace and security of our esteemed nation 24/7. He also condemned those who insult the late mother of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his family.
