Akın Tekstil A.Ş. (ATEKS) issued a statement through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding rumors of bankruptcy and closure. The company clarified that the claims of "bankruptcy and closure" circulating in the press do not reflect the truth, announcing that it has applied for a concordat process and is continuing its production activities.

The statement revealed that the company submitted a request for concordat to the Bakırköy 1st Commercial Court on March 18, 2025, and the court granted a temporary stay of three months under file number 2025/255. It was indicated that temporary concordat commissioners have been appointed and precautionary measures have been ordered. The company aims to prevent potential seizure actions by creditors, ensure the continuation of production activities, and protect its assets through this concordat decision.
