"Birleşim Engineering and its Subsidiary Sign a 59 Million TL Contract"

Foreks - Birleşim Mühendislik and its subsidiary have signed a contract worth 59 million TL for a hotel project.

In the announcement made to KAP, it was stated: "Our company and its subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. have signed a contract today (08.01.2025) with Aksoylar Turizm İşletmeciliği Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. regarding the Mechanical and Electrical Installation Works of the Van Sheraton Hotel Project Phase-1. Birleşim Mühendislik has signed a contract worth 24,500,000 TL (excluding VAT), and Erde Mühendislik has signed a contract worth 24,500,000 TL (excluding VAT). The total contract amount signed by our company and our subsidiary for the Mechanical and Electrical Installation Works of the Van Sheraton Hotel Project Phase-1 is 59,000,000 TL (including VAT), and the project is planned to be completed within 8 months."
