ELÜS Transaction Results Document Now Mandatory

In the case of trading Electronic Product Certificates (ELÜS) on the Turkey Product Specialization Exchange (TÜRİB), the ELÜS Transaction Result Document to be issued by brokerage firms that are members of the Exchange has been classified as a mandatory document under the Tax Procedure Law.

The "Communiqué on Amendment to the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law" issued by the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has been published in the Official Gazette.

According to this, there is a mandatory requirement for TÜRİB members to send the information regarding each ELÜS Transaction Result Document by the last day of the following month by 24:00 through BTRANS.
