Vestel Restructures Its Senior Management Organization into a Function-Based Structure

Forex - Vestel (IS:VESTL) has reorganized its upper management structure into a function-based model.

In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted, "In order to create a more effective management structure within the Vestel Group of Companies and to align with Vestel's growing objectives, as well as to support sustainable success goals, the upper management organization of Vestel has been reorganized into a function-based model, effective as of January 1, 2025."
