TANKER REPORT - 41 Tankers Currently in Black Sea Ports
According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, a total of 41 tankers are currently in the Black Sea, which serves as the first leg for oil arriving at the Istanbul and Dardanelles Straits to reach the global market. Among these tankers, 21 are categorized as aframax, 18 as suezmax, and 2 as panamax. When considering tankers that have yet to dock at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is stated to be 51. The ports where tankers are docking in the Black Sea include Russia's Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa. Currently, 36 tankers are docked in Novorossiysk, 2 in Taman, 2 in Kavkaz, and 1 in Tuapse. There are no tankers present at the Supsa port.
