Entek Elektrik's Environmental Impact Assessment Process Commences for Adatoprakpınar Solar Power Project
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process has commenced regarding the Adatoprakpınar solar power plant project planned to be carried out by Entek Electricity in Eskişehir.
According to the statement made on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Supervision, the following information was provided:
"The EIA application file submitted to our Ministry regarding the Adatoprakpınar solar power plant (50 MWm/50 MWe-90.51 ha) and electricity storage facility (50 MWh/50 MWe) project, planned by ENTEK ELEKTRİK ÜRETİMİ A.Ş. in Seyitgazi, Eskişehir, at the Derebenek Neighborhood, Parcels numbered 126 and 171 of 4751 Island and Parcel numbered 10 of 4765 Island, has been reviewed in accordance with Article 8 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation, and it has been determined that the application has been prepared in compliance with the EIA General Format. The EIA process for the project has been initiated. Until the Environmental Impact Assessment process is completed, all kinds of information regarding the process and opinions, questions, and suggestions concerning the project can be sent to the Eskişehir Governorship (Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change) or the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change."
