Field Updates Corporate Governance Rating for Şişecam to 9.65

Foreks - SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., which operates under a license from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, has updated the Corporate Governance Rating of Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. from 9.64 to 9.65 on December 15, 2023.

The statement noted: "SAHA has utilized the methodology based on the 'Corporate Governance Principles' published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in January 2014 for this rating study. Considering Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş.'s commitment to corporate governance principles, its willingness to pursue this as a continuous and dynamic process, and the improvements made in this regard, the company's corporate governance rating has been updated as follows:
