Field Updates Corporate Governance Rating for Logo Software to 9.50

Foreks - Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. updated the Corporate Governance Rating of Logo Software Industry and Trade Inc. to 9.50.

In a statement made by Saha, it was noted: "Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., which operates corporate governance rating activities under a license from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, has updated the Corporate Governance Rating of Logo Software Industry and Trade Inc. from 9.48 to 9.50 as of 15.12.2023.

Saha utilized the methodology based on the "Corporate Governance Principles" published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in January 2014 for this rating work.

Considering the importance that Logo Software Industry and Trade Inc. places on corporate governance principles, its willingness to conduct this as a continuous and dynamic process, and the improvements it has made in this direction, the company's corporate governance rating has been updated as follows:
