Netflix Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) is restructuring its once-praised parental leave policy, which offered new parents unlimited time off during their children's first year. Introduced nearly a decade ago, this policy reflected the company's core value of "freedom and responsibility," trusting employees to manage their own time.
