U.S. Futures Rise Ahead of Wall Street Opening, Led by Tech Stocks

As Wall Street's opening approaches, U.S. futures indices are rising, led by technology sector stocks. Stronger-than-expected results from Broadcom, along with purchases in chip stocks such as Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU), NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA), and Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL), as well as Tesla shares, are driving the futures indices higher. Currently, the Nasdaq 100 futures are up 0.65%, the S&P 500 is up 0.33%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 0.24%. The 94% probability of the Fed cutting rates by another 25 basis points in next week's meeting is also contributing to the upward movement in stocks. In Europe, the DAX index is up 0.34% and the FTSE 100 is up 0.10%.
