Inflation in France Remains Steady at 1.7% in November

In France, according to data released on Friday by the national statistics office INSEE, consumer prices increased by 1.7% year-on-year in November. This figure is consistent with previously announced initial estimates. This slight acceleration in inflation follows a rate of 1.6% in October. The EU-harmonized inflation rate, used for comparisons across the European Union, also indicated a slight rise in the country's annual inflation. This aligns with analysts' expectations for an EU-harmonized inflation figure of 1.7% for November.
