In October, Dairy Enterprises Collected 921,187 Tons of Cow's Milk

Foreign Exchange - The amount of cow’s milk collected by commercial dairy enterprises increased by 12.4% in October compared to the same month of the previous year, and by 10.1% in the January-October period compared to the same period of the previous year. According to the statement made by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), cow cheese production increased by 7.2%, ayran production increased by 15.5%, yogurt production increased by 8.7%, drinking milk production increased by 6.4%, and butter production increased by 30.9% in October compared to the same month of the previous year. In the January-October period, cow cheese production increased by 6.3%, ayran production increased by 13.2%, yogurt production increased by 7.3%, drinking milk production increased by 4.2%, and butter production increased by 13.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.
