After an appeal against the İzmir 4th Administrative Court's decision, the Council of State accepted the objection to the positive EIA decision and overturned the court's ruling, deciding to dismiss the case. This development was also repeated in another lawsuit against the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization's positive EIA decision, allowing the company to continue with the project.

Katmerciler (KATMR) signed a contract valued at 24.2 million dollars for military equipment procurement with the Ministry of National Defense. Frigo-Pak Gıda makes an investment in artichokes. Frigo-Pak Gıda Maddeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (FRIGO) allocated a budget of 3.1 million euros for fresh artichoke production to expand its canned product range.
