CMB Approves Capital Increase Applications for 3 Companies on BIST

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the capital increase applications of Fenerbahçe Football Inc. (FENER), Etiler Food and Commercial Investments Industry and Trade Inc. (ETILR), and Green Building Industry Inc. (YYAPI) on Borsa İstanbul.
Fenerbahçe Football Inc.
Fenerbahçe Football Inc. plans to increase its current capital from 98,980,000 TL to 250,000,000 TL. This increase will be achieved through a paid capital increase of 151,020,000 TL. Existing shareholders will have the right to purchase shares at a price of 6 TL for each share with a nominal value of 1 TL that will be offered to the public. After exercising the preemptive rights on the new shares, the remaining shares will also be offered to the public at a minimum price of 6 TL.
Etiler Food to perform a free capital increase
Etiler Food and Commercial Investments Industry and Trade Inc. will conduct a free capital increase to raise its current capital from 40,000,000 TL to 120,000,000 TL.
In this process, an increase of 80,000,000 TL at a rate of 200% will be covered by internal resources. The capital increase will allow the company to enhance its operational capacity and achieve a stronger position in the market.
165% capital increase from Green Building
Green Building Industry Inc. will increase its current capital, which amounts to 321,702,935.17 TL, to 852,512,779.20 TL under the approval of the CMB.
The company will realize this expansion through a 165% free capital increase amounting to 530,809,844.03 TL. The company stated that the capital increase will be financed by internal resources.
