Deutsche Bank: We Don’t Expect Rate Cuts at Every Meeting in 2025, But Anticipate a Total Drop of 20 Basis Points

According to Christian Wietoska, the Research Director for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Deutsche Bank, the Turkish Lira is expected to stand out as the best-performing currency in 2024, with 2025 being a pivotal year. Wietoska stated, "We do not expect a rate cut at every meeting in 2025, but we forecast a total rate reduction of 20 basis points."
