Profit of Financial Leasing Companies Reaches 14.21 Billion TL in 10 Months

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) announced that the profit of financial leasing companies in the first 10 months of the year was 14.21 billion TL. In the statement made by the BRSA, the following information was provided:

"As of December 12, 2024, according to the data in our institution's database; for the period 2024-10:

• For financial leasing companies:
  • Total assets: 317,491 million TL
  • Financial leasing receivables: 221,645 million TL
  • Non-performing receivables: 8,214 million TL
  • Net profit for the period: 14,207 million TL
  • Equity: 56,261 million TL
• For factoring companies:
  • Total assets: 247,011 million TL
  • Factoring receivables: 223,562 million TL
  • Non-performing receivables: 4,674 million TL
  • Net profit for the period: 17,316 million TL
  • Equity: 52,485 million TL
• For consumer finance companies:
  • Total assets: 181,374 million TL
  • Financing loan receivables: 153,744 million TL
  • Non-performing receivables: 3,383 million TL
  • Net profit for the period: 6,315 million TL
  • Equity: 24,499 million TL"
