OYAK Cement's Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Capacity Increase Project Receives 'No EIA Required' Decision
In relation to the ready-mixed concrete facility capacity increase project planned by OYAK Cement, the decision of 'Environmental Impact Assessment is not required' has been made.
In a statement on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment and Permits, the following information was provided: "The Preliminary Project File submitted to our Ministry regarding the READY-MIXED CONCRETE FACILITY CAPACITY INCREASE project planned by OYAK CEMENT FACTORIES INC. at Parcel No. 1000 in the Ferhuş neighborhood of Dulkadiroğlu district, Kahramanmaraş has been reviewed and evaluated. In accordance with Article 17 of the EIA Regulation, our Governorate has made the decision that an 'Environmental Impact Assessment is not required' for the READY-MIXED CONCRETE FACILITY CAPACITY INCREASE project."
