Forex - Serra Sabancı sold 47,404,570 TL nominal value of Akbank (IS:AKBNK) shares owned by the HYY-coded Herakles Private Equity Fund, in which she is an investor, through a special order.

In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated, "47,404,570 TL nominal value of Akbank T.A.Ş. shares belonging to the HYY-coded Herakles Private Equity Fund, of which I am an investor, have been sold at a price of 61.75 TL each through the special order method for institutional investors."
