CVK Maden completes the transfer of new license area Cvk Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (CVKMD) has acquired the IV. Group Exploration License area located in Simav, Kütahya for 1,000,000 TL as a result of a tender organized by the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs (MAPEG). The license transfer process has been completed as of December 10, 2024, and the validity date of the license has been set to December 10, 2031. After completing the necessary official processes, CVK Maden plans to start mining exploration activities in the new area. This development will significantly contribute to the company's mining exploration capacity.
Borusan restructures supply and logistics activities Borusan Yatırım's (BRYAT) subsidiaries, Borusan Logistics and Borusan Supply, have begun working on the partial division process for the transfer of certain activities and subsidiaries. This transaction, conducted under the Turkish Commercial Code and relevant tax legislation, involves the transfer of Borusan Logistics activities to Borusan Supply. Due to Borusan Yatırım holding the same stake in both companies, the transaction will not negatively impact consolidated financial results. Hun Renewable provides information about international arbitration process Hun Renewable Energy Production A.Ş.'s (HUNER) subsidiary H29 Solar Energy has filed a lawsuit against "Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd." for 33,434,561 dollars due to non-fulfillment of contract obligations.
