TANKER REPORT - 35 Tankers Docked at Black Sea Ports
In the Black Sea, a total of 35 tankers are currently positioned as the first step for oil arriving in the region to reach the world via the Istanbul and Dardanelles Straits. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Shipping Services and shared via email, 20 of these tankers are of the Aframax type, 13 are Suezmax, and 3 are Panamax. Considering the tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is noted to be 46. The Russian ports of Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia’s Supsa are where the tankers are docking. Currently, there are 29 tankers in Novorossiysk, 3 in Taman, 2 in Kavkaz, and 1 in Tuapse. There are no tankers present at Supsa port.
