TBB: As of November, the Number of Individual Customers Acquired Online Reaches 1.26 Million

According to the data released by the Turkish Banking Association, as of November 2024, the number of individual customers acquired through remote applications reached 1 million 266 thousand. Out of these acquisitions, 704 thousand were concluded with customer representatives.

The statement mentioned: "As of November 2024, the total number of individual customers acquired through courier and branch channels was 774 thousand. The number of individual trader customers acquired through remote applications as of November 2024 was 38 thousand, with approximately 19 thousand concluded with customer representatives. The total number of individual trader customers acquired through remote application-courier and branch channels reached 49 thousand. As of November 2024, the number of corporate customers acquired through remote applications stood at 3 thousand 93, of which 1 thousand 299 were concluded with customer representatives. The number of corporate customer acquisitions through branch channels as of November 2024 was 26 thousand."
