Mercedes-Benz announced that four new members will join its board of directors in 2025. The Stuttgart-based automaker stated on Wednesday that this change will take place with the contracts of Sabine Kohleisen, Renata Jungo Bruengger, and Hubertus Troska coming to an end.
Olaf Schick, the current CFO of automotive parts manufacturer Continental, will transition to the Mercedes-Benz board starting on October 1, 2025. He will be joined by Mathias Geisen, who currently heads Mercedes-Benz Vans, and Oliver Thoene, who leads the company's Product Strategy and Steering division.
