"Decision on 'No EIA Required' for Kayseri Sugar Factory's Solid Fuel Steam Boiler Capacity Increase Project"

Foreks - The "Environmental Impact Assessment is Not Required" decision has been made regarding the planned Solid Fuel Steam Boiler Capacity Increase project by Kayseri Sugar Factory Boğazlıyan Sugar and Products Integrated Facility Boğazlıyan Branch.
In a statement on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment Permits and Inspection, the following information was provided:
"The PTD File submitted to our Ministry regarding the Solid Fuel Steam Boiler Capacity Increase project planned by Kayseri Sugar Factory A.Ş. (IS:KAYSE) Boğazlıyan Sugar and Products Integrated Facility located at Aşağı Mahallesi, Bahariye 1 Housing Complex No:1 (87 Parcel 116 and 84 Parcel 7) in Boğazlıyan district of YOZGAT province has been examined and evaluated. According to Article 17 of the EIA Regulation, our Governorship has decided that 'Environmental Impact Assessment is Not Required' for the Solid Fuel Steam Boiler Capacity Increase project."
