Competition Authority Grants Approval for Joint Control over MBT Teknik

The Competition Authority has granted permission for the establishment of joint control over MBT Teknik Yapı Kimyasalları San. ve Tic. AŞ, which is currently controlled by Murat ERBERDİ, Beran BERAN, the Bayrak Family, the Sungur Family, and the Baran Family through changing alliances, by the B Group Shareholders consisting of Murat ERBERDİ, Beran BERAN, the Bayrak Family, the Sungur Family, and the Baran Family, together with Master Builders Solutions Holding GmbH, which is ultimately controlled by the Seventh Cinven Fund (No.1) Limited Partnership (Guernsey).
