RK Rules That the 49% Stake in Galataport Not Granting Control Can Be Acquired Without Permission by Garanti Bank, Yapı Kredi Bank, İş Bank, Ziraat Bank, TSKB, and QNB Bank

The Competition Authority has decided that the acquisition of the non-controlling 49% stake in Galataport İstanbul Port Operations and Investments Inc., which is indirectly controlled by Doğuş Galataport Real Estate Investments and Trade Inc., a company wholly owned by Doğuş Holding Inc., by Türkiye Garanti Bankası Inc., Yapı ve Kredi Bankası Inc., Türkiye İş Bankası Inc., T.C. Ziraat Bankası Inc., Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası Inc., and QNB Bank Inc. is not subject to approval.
