Competition Authority Grants Individual Exemption for POTAS Akdeniz's Fuel Tank Usage at Antalya Airport to Other Fuel Companies Through Tender Process

The Competition Authority has decided to grant individual exemption to POTAS Akdeniz Akaryakıt Dağıtım Anonim Şirketi regarding the operation of its fuel storage tanks at Antalya Airport, as the transaction of allowing other fuel companies to use the fuel tanks through a tender process meets all the conditions outlined in Article 5 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition.
