Competition Authority Approves Joint Venture Between POCA Bilişim and RCI Banque to Operate as an Insurance Agency

The Competition Authority has approved the establishment of a joint venture that will operate as an insurance agency between POCA Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, indirectly controlled by Oyak Yatırım (IS:OYYAT) Menkul Değerler AŞ, and RCI Banque SA, which is solely controlled by Renault SAS.
