Foreks - It has been decided to grant individual exemption for the operation of fuel tanks owned by POTAS Mediterranean Fuel Distribution Joint Stock Company at Antalya Airport, as it meets all the conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 regarding the process of allowing the use of fuel tanks by other fuel companies through an auction method.

Permission has been granted for the establishment of joint control by Turkey Growth Fund IV L.P and Mete Serkan SEVİM over Medianova Internet Services and Trade AŞ, which is solely controlled by Mete Serkan SEVİM.

Approval has been granted for the establishment of a joint venture that will operate as an insurance agency between POCA Information Technologies Joint Stock Company, which is currently indirectly controlled by Oyak Investment (IS:OYYAT) Securities AŞ, and RCI Banque SA, which is solely controlled by Renault SAS.
