DCT Trading made a substantial sale in the construction sector
DCT Trading Foreign Trade Inc. (DCTTR) executed a sale of construction materials worth 36,487,500 TL to a domestic buyer. This sale contributed to the company’s total revenue in the construction sector exceeding 200 million TL.
Bülbüloğlu Crane signed an international contract
Bülbüloğlu Crane Industry and Trade Inc. (BVSAN) signed a contract worth 1,325,000 euros for the production and delivery of four cranes with a company operating abroad. The delivery of these works is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
Forte Information Communication Technologies won two bids
Forte Information Communication Technologies and Defense Industry Inc. (FORTE) will provide maintenance and support services for Oracle Software and Hardware Products in a tender opened by the Ministry of Trade. The bid amount was set at 24,930,000 TL excluding VAT. Additionally, the company ranked first in the tender for the license upgrade of Network Packet Broker products for Turkey Electricity Distribution Corporation. The contract amount for this tender was announced as 49,980,000 TL excluding VAT.
Application to the Competition Authority for the control of Baren Energy Production
An application was made to the Competition Authority for the acquisition of an 8.54% share of Baren Energy Production Industry and Trade Inc. by Limak Investment Energy Production Operating Services and Construction Inc. This transaction would allow Limak Investment to establish sole control over Baren Energy.
Application for the transfer of Efeler Farm shares
An application was submitted to the Competition Authority for the acquisition of all shares of Efeler Farm Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Inc., a subsidiary of Söktaş Textile Industry and Trade Inc., by Altınmarka Food Industry and Trade Inc.
TAV Airports refinanced its operations
TAV Airports (TAVHL) announced that TAV Ankara, which holds the operating concession for Ankara Esenboğa Airport until 2050, refinanced its short-term bridge loan with a lower-interest, 13-year term project financing loan totaling 300 million euros.

Tofaş (TOASO) announced that, due to retirements and departures, the total employee count has decreased to 4,593. The legal payment amount to be made to the departing employees was announced to be approximately 330 million TL.
