TÜRSAB Launches Employment Project for Travel Agencies
Foreks - The Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) has launched the TÜRSAB Human Resources Project to enhance efficiency in the tourism sector and provide quick solutions to the personnel needs of travel agencies. The project offers a specialized platform designed for job-seeking candidates and agencies looking for staff.
Travel agencies in search of personnel can log in to their TÜRSAB Online accounts and access the resumes of candidates that meet their criteria through the "Job Applications" option. This enables them to quickly find and incorporate the right staff into their teams.
Job-seeking candidates will be able to fill out forms under the "Job Application" option on TÜRSAB's corporate website and easily submit their applications to TÜRSAB member travel agencies. In addition to general applications, targeted applications for specific fields can also be made through the system.
The forms and documents uploaded to the system are stored securely on a platform that is only accessible to TÜRSAB member travel agencies. TÜRSAB has established a special system infrastructure to ensure that processes are conducted transparently and reliably.
TÜRSAB stated that “it does not charge any fees or provide benefits outside of serving its members and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from Law No. 1618. In this context, TÜRSAB is not a party to legal and financial disputes arising from employment contracts established or to be established between personnel and travel agencies, and it does not engage in activities characterized as job and worker placement under the Labor Law and related regulations.” The association aims for the project to provide a new breath for all travel agencies and the tourism sector, expressing hope for positive results.
