An application has been submitted to the Competition Authority regarding the transaction that allows Limak Investment Energy Production Operation Services and Construction Inc. to establish sole control over Baren Energy Production Industry and Trade Inc. by acquiring an 8.54% stake from Day Agriculture Construction Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company.
