TAV Ankara Investment Refinances Short-Term Bridge Loan with Project Financing Loan

Forex - TAV Ankara Investment and Operating Co. refinanced its short-term bridge loan used for financing investments and lease advance payments at Ankara Esenboğa Airport with a project finance loan.

In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by TAV Airports (IS:TAVHL), it was noted that TAV Ankara Investment, which holds the operational concession for Ankara Esenboğa Airport until May 2050, has refinanced the short-term bridge loan it used for financing investments and lease advance payments within this concession with a project finance loan amounting to 300 million euros, with a 13-year maturity and lower interest rates.

The statement mentioned, "The bridge loan in question was used short-term in order to refinance long-term when more favorable conditions arose during a period of high interest rates."
